Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Staff Nurse to join a renowned dialysis clinic in Farnborough, Hampshire. You will deliver high-quality haemodialysis care and work within a patient-centred multidisciplinary team. The role requires an active NMC Pin and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of individualized care for dialysis patients.
• Mentor and assist other team members as needed.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment per patient prescription.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital trusts.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and providers.
• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies; assist in reviews.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills for patient care.
• Support evidence-based practice and contribute to service improvements.
