Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an NMC registered nurse to join the Renal Dialysis Unit. You will deliver holistic care to dialysis patients, perform assessments, and contribute to ongoing care planning.

The role can suit NHS or private sector backgrounds, with training to build specialist renal skills. The East Cheshire Dialysis Unit operates 12 haemodialysis stations, with a planned 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Qualifications

• NMC registration with valid scope (General/Learning Disability/Mental Health).
• Experience in renal nursing or willingness to develop specialist renal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver holistic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Work autonomously with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio at East Cheshire Dialysis Unit.
• Provide care within a unit serving up to 12 patients across 12 haemodialysis stations.
