DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while navigating complex treatment plans in a supportive team setting.

No dialysis experience is required; training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than your home clinic, and you may float to facilities during training. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; training on DaVita systems within 90 days of hire
