Job summary

St Helens Dialysis unit within Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced dialysis nurse to join us as Clinic Manager. The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) with a split of management and clinical work, so dialysis experience is essential.

You will be supported by the Matron and senior nursing staff, and lead development of care programmes while upholding patient safety and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must have dialysis experience and be Band 6/7 level.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills essential.
• Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate care programmes.
• Exercise effective leadership and staff management/development.
• Ensure compliance with NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
