Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for our Aston Cross Dialysis Unit. The role involves supporting patients under supervision of a Registered Nurse, with duties to prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours) with varied shifts between 06:30 and 23:00, Monday to Saturday. Regular training and career development opportunities are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy is essential for daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, restore and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations.
• Ensure treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.
