Job summary

Roche is seeking a P&O Consulting Lead for Diagnostics to design and accelerate large-scale organizational effectiveness initiatives across the Pharma division. You will partner with Diagnostics leaders and transformation offices to deliver high-impact, enterprise-wide change and ensure alignment with Roche's 2030 ambitions.

With 10+ years in consulting in a global setting, you will lead stakeholder engagement, develop strategies, and foster collaboration across P&C and other functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience in a global, complex organisation.
• Experience in organisational development, management or leadership consulting.
• Proven senior stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the Consulting AoP with the Practice Lead and other Leads.
• Build the brand and advocate for the Consulting practice.
• Lead design and execution of large-scale, complex change and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Diagnostics BP Chapter Leads, strategy teams, and key business leaders.
• Maintain a seat at the DPCET and partner with transformation offices across Roche.
