Job summary

Command Recruitment is seeking a Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician in the UK to join a supportive workshop. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs, and assist with diagnostics as you develop your skills through in-house training and progression opportunities.

The role offers a competitive salary (£28,000-£40,000) with overtime at time-and-a-half, a bonus scheme, and access to a company car and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds) is required.
• Main dealer experience preferred.
• Previous diagnostic experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics and fault finding with training provided.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and efficiency.
• Learn and develop technical knowledge through training.
