Job summary

A well-respected Main Dealer group in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles, performing MOT testing, and conducting diagnostic tests to identify faults. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a valid UK driving license, and a passion for automotive work. Salary is up to £40,000 with OTE up to £45,000 along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
  • Must have a current and valid UK driving licence.
  • Dedicated and committed approach needed.
  • Must be passionate about the job and enjoy all aspects of work.

  • Carry out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well-respected Main Dealer group, located in Barnsley.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Salary and Hours

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic, with OTE up to £45,000.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 42.5 hour week.
