Basic £40,124 plus bonus

Hours:

Full-time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

The role:

As a skilled Diagnostic Technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.

Candidate profile:

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player familiar with operating within set processes
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with at least Level 3 (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential (training provided)
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable using iPad software and other digital tools

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing and maintenance on all vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• If qualified, perform MOT testing
• Complete job cards and electronic reports
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Assist Apprentice Technicians as needed
