Citygate Automotive Limited is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to perform servicing and repairs on customer vehicles at our established workshop. You will be part of a team that values best practice, clear communication with reception and control, and high standards of customer service.

Ideal candidates will have an apprenticeship with an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology, experience in a main dealership, and a drive to coach apprentices while progressing within Citygate.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship with an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent is essential.
• Experience at a main dealership is preferred but not mandatory with training available.
• Ability to coach apprentices and support junior technicians.

Responsabilités

• Carry out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to high standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citygate workshop and promote best practices.
• Communicate with Service Reception and Workshop Control effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide expert technical opinions.
• Maintain housekeeping and accurate administration of work.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge and deliver strong customer service.
