Experienced Vehicle Technician Twickenham

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Twickenham, South West London
Minimum 10 Years Experience Required

We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, owner-run franchised motor dealership in Twickenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to join a genuinely independent, owner-managed business with an excellent local reputation, selling both new and used vehicles as well as operating with additional manufacturer Authorised Repairer status.

Unlike working for a large dealer group, youll be joining a close-knit business where your experience and contribution will be recognised and valued.

The Role

Working within an established workshop, your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing and maintaining new and used vehicles
• Mechanical repairs and fault rectification
• Diagnostic work and fault finding
• Investigating and resolving more complex mechanical issues
• Preparing vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Supporting other members of the workshop team when required

What Were Looking For

We are specifically looking for a highly experienced, hands-on technician who can confidently work with minimal supervision.

You will need:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Experience working within a professional garage or franchised dealership environment
• Ability to diagnose and rectify faults
• Good understanding of modern vehicle systems
• High standards of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional and reliable approach

Previous manufacturer/franchised dealer experience would be particularly advantageous.
