Job summary

The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle is part of Circle Health Group. A Diagnostic Imaging Assistant is sought for 37.5 hours weekly, with a flexible shift. Salary Up to £26,061 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The role supports the imaging team, delivering patient-centred care and working under supervision of a Registered Practitioner. Training and career development are emphasized within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role.
• Care Certificate completed or willing to work towards NVQ Level 2.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of patient-centred care.
• Work within multi-disciplinary team to deliver care and improve customer service.
• Demonstrate professionalism per NMC HCPC standards.
• Demonstrate competence as Imaging Assistant within scope.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Complete mandatory training requirements.
