Job description

As a Band 7 Diabetes Team Lead, you will work within the Sefton Place Community Diabetes Team, providing operational team leader support. The post holder is expected to provide visible leadership, demonstrating Mersey Care values within the team. Although diabetes knowledge would be an advantage, it is not required to provide operational leadership to the team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Diabetes Team Lead. You will work across Sefton Place to provide a service to patients in Southport, Formby, and the South Sefton area.

Experience of Leadership/Management is essential for this role. It is crucial that you possess excellent leadership and communication skills, take initiative, and work autonomously to effectively lead the team.
