Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to lead the diabetes specialist nursing admin team across Horton Park Centre and Bradford Royal Infirmary. This full-time role over five days focuses on mentorship and acting as a role model.

You will develop new administration processes to support diabetes services, ensure timely secretarial and clerical duties, and coordinates IT improvements using SystmOne and Cerner.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating administrative teams in aHealthcare setting.

• Experience implementing new admin processes and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management to the diabetes specialist nurse administration team.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative and clerical provision for Diabetes Specialist Nursing Services.
• Develop and implement efficient administration processes to support diabetes services.
• Train, supervise and mentor administration staff and trainees.
• Support IT development for patient management systems (SystmOne, Cerner).
