Diabetes Nurse Specialist - Milton Keynes

This role offers a competitive salary of £44,000 basic plus a £5,400 car allowance or other benefits, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week (part-time options available). The position involves providing high-quality care to patients with Diabetes, including identifying patients with Type 2 Diabetes, optimizing oral therapy, conducting point of care testing, and making referrals for specialist insulin treatment.

Applicants should have a Level 5, 6, or 7 Diabetes diploma, postgraduate qualification, or ENB928 Course in Diabetes Nursing Care, with at least three years of post-registration experience, current NMC registration, good clinical knowledge, and strong communication skills. A full driving license and IT proficiency are also preferred.
