Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and governance forums.

• Execute the EMEA DEX operating model and TechBar standards across sites.
• Lead Desktop and TechBar teams and foster professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Define workforce strategy including structure, recruitment and capability development.
• Provide coaching to frontline leaders and senior engineers.
