Tesco Mobile Ltd is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our DevSecOps Squad in the UK. You will support and enhance cloud platform capabilities across AWS, Azure and private cloud environments, emphasizing secure, reliable, and scalable platforms.

You’ll drive automation, IaC adoption and support a developer ecosystem across Tesco Mobile, collaborating with engineering, architecture and cyber security teams while delivering hands-on results.

Qualificações

• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Strong cyber security understanding and secure platform design.
• Experience with automation, observability and SRE practices.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and reducing technical debt.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will join Tesco Mobile's DevSecOps Squad to support and enhance cloud platform capabilities across AWS, Azure and private cloud environments. About the role

You will be responsible for

You will need

• Strong experience in cloud platform engineering, with expertise in AWS, Azure or both.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles and secure platform design.
• Experience with automation, observability and systems reliability engineering practices.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile engineering environments.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement, platform standardisation and reducing technical debt.
• Experience supporting developer tooling and engineering platforms would be advantageous.
