Job summary

A leading technology firm in England seeks a DevOps Lead to shape standards and tooling while leading a talented engineering team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of DevOps and application reliability across platforms. You will define and govern CI/CD practices, ensuring delivery is resilient and efficient. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in multi-platform environments, strong expertise in Azure DevOps, and an understanding of service reliability governance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience leading DevOps and SRE practices in complex environments.
• Proven experience defining secure build pipelines and standards.
• Deep understanding of service reliability standards including SLIs and SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the DevOps tooling landscape, focusing on Azure DevOps.
• Define and evolve CI/CD standards and templates.
• Lead reliability practices such as fault injection and resilience testing.
