Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a high-performance technology team. In this role, you will focus on building and managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools, along with excellent troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 As at A-level (or equivalent high academic achievement).
• Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Proven track record with CI/CD tools (TeamCity or similar) and Bitbucket/Atlassian integration.
• Solid Azure Cloud knowledge and Linux administration experience.
• Expertise in ELK stack for monitoring and alerting.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of production DevOps support.
• Maintain scalable, secure non-production environments.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity.
• Deploy and operate Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Work with Azure Cloud and assist with migration to Linux-based systems.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability using the ELK stack.
• Collaborate with DBAs and Data Engineers for system reliability.
