Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive our infrastructure strategy and lead a team of developers in deployment activity. You will bridge development and operations, championing automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across our technology stack.

You will design scalable infrastructure, drive CI/CD automation, and collaborate with security to ensure reliable releases while optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
• Full UK Security Clearance is mandatory.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce cloud platforms including Copado & Gearset.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using CI/CD tools.
• Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Establish monitoring, logging, security, and incident response practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure reliable releases.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
• Promote DevOps culture and shared ownership across the organization.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve workflows.
• Lead incident response and conduct post-mortems for continuous improvement.
