Job summary

ComXps is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a large programme centred on a bespoke Node.js application. The role focuses on deployment, resilience, security and performance, with emphasis on CI/CD, automation and cloud management.

You will work closely with development teams and technical leadership to evolve, build and maintain pipelines, drive operational excellence, and support secure software releases across production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration and cloud deployments.
• SC clearance or DV eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve deployment, resilience, security and performance of the Node.js application.
• Build, evolve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Manage cloud environments and infrastructure for scalable software delivery.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production environments and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and tech leads to promote DevOps culture.
• Contribute to scoping and estimation of work to ensure secure, scalable changes.
