Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain production-grade Galaxy service on AWS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the project.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure observability of services.
• Collaborate with data science and research teams to support workflows.
