IQGeo is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support global Engineering teams from its Cambridge, UK office. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build internal tooling, and automate the software lifecycle to boost release velocity.

The role emphasizes IaC, collaboration with development teams, and on-call duties. Strong scripting, Linux, and cloud experience are essential, with English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient scripting: Python, Bash, JavaScript.
• Experience with containerisation, cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating builds, tests, and releases.
• Build and maintain internal tooling to support the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain IaC for internal development environments.
• Troubleshoot build, test, and deployment issues; participate in on-call rotations.
