Job summary

Get2Talent is supporting a leading technology consultancy in the UK for an experienced AWS DevOps Technical Consultant. You will design, build and manage secure AWS infrastructure, and create automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.

You will develop IaC with Terraform, build platform services for containerised applications, and lead technical delivery across projects while mentoring engineers and guiding Agile teams. UK security clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead technical delivery and mentor engineers in Agile teams.

What were looking for

• Strong commercial AWS experience
• Proven experience building new cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation and containerisation
• Experience with technologies such as Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of AWS security principles and secure deployment practices
• Experience delivering within Agile teams
• Ability to lead technical solutions and take ownership of delivery
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers

Security requirements

• Be a British citizen
• Have lived permanently in the UK for the last five years
• Be eligible to obtain UK security clearance
