Hays are working with a professional services organisation to support with the recruitment for a new permanent DevOps engineer. The role is paying up to £60,000pa, offers flexible hybrid working, typically 1 day per week in office (can be flexible) and the organisation is based in the city centre. This is an exciting growth period for the IT digital & engineering team and the firm has ambitious future plans. Your new role & what you'll need to succeed
In the role you will work in an agile scrum environment to help establish, monitor and support the firm’s deployment processes, establishing a CI/CD model with pipelines from development to production environments. You’ll work with delivery teams to automate deployment processes.
You’ll implement best practice across DevOps methodology and processes. To be considered for this role you will need to have worked in a similar DevOps / Cloud engineer role and have experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools, automation and ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator in stand-ups and work with stakeholders across the project team. Experience working in an agile environment would be good.
