Lonza in Slough, UK is seeking an experienced Deviation Investigation Team Manager to lead the Deviation Investigation Team and oversee root-cause analysis, product-impact assessments and CAPA implementation to ensure timely batch disposition. Qualifications

• Experience in deviation investigations and RCA.
• Knowledge of quality systems and GMP.
• Experience with risk management tools like FMEA.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Deviation Investigation Team, coaching investigators and ensuring GMP compliance.
• Oversee timely closure of deviations with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and other functions to manage risk and resolve investigations.
• Ensure investigations support batch disposition timelines and customer communication.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance investigation quality and on-time closure metrics.
