Job summary

DRW is seeking a Developer Experience engineer in London to own end-to-end service delivery for internal developer platforms. You will work with US/UK teams on tooling, observability, and workflows to empower engineers across the firm.

Role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code, plus strong communication to educate users and maintain documentation. Hybrid work model with three days in the London office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience debugging and triaging complex systems.
• Hands-on with configuration management and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience managing highly available Linux systems, on‑prem or cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and developers to scale and improve developer platforms.
• Own engineering tools like source control, build artifacts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support internal engineers during UK business hours and diagnose CI workflows.
