Job summary

DRW London is seeking a Developer Experience engineer to own internal tooling and improve developer productivity across the engineering teams. You will work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence in London three days per week, tackling end-to-end service ownership, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure.

• Strong SDLC communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Experience debugging and triaging complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders, trading teams, and developers to amplify engineering delivery.
• Own and support internal developer platforms and tooling (CI/CD, artifact repositories).
• Participate in UK business hours rotations to diagnose build and CI issues.
• Improve service reliability, observability, and scale of critical infrastructure.
• Educate users and maintain self-service documentation.
