Job summary

Savills in Cambridge is seeking an experienced, RICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer to join our established valuation team.

The role focuses on development land valuations as well as residential, mixed-use and strategic land, with responsibility for winning new business and servicing existing client relationships.

Based in Cambridge, you will work with banks, landowners, developers and institutions, travel up to an hour from the office as needed.

Qualifications

• RICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Experience in development land valuation and cross-sector work.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Provide market insight and valuations supporting loan security and transactions.
