Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking a VRS-registered RICS Surveyor to cover Cambridge. You will deliver lender valuations and Level 2 surveys for a national client base, with a focus on accuracy and professional client service.

The role offers career stability, ongoing CPD, and a supportive field-based environment designed around surveyors. You’ll have AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS status or eligibility for RICS Registered Valuer, with a competitive package including a car allowance and pension, plus industry

Qualifications

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS status or eligibility to obtain it.
• Experience in lender valuations and Level 2 surveys is desirable.
• UK Cambridge-based coverage with national client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lender valuations and Level 2 surveys within Cambridge for a national client base.
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance with RICS guidance.
