Job description

To drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, delivering tailored underwriting solutions, and contributing to the success of the team through intelligent decision-making and market expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Assess and underwrite risks in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.
• Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities while retaining existing business.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks at all times.
• Contribute to the development of underwriting strategies and product offerings.

EXPERIENCE

• A solid understanding of P&C and/or PI insurance
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven track record of winning and retaining business in a competitive environment.
• ACII qualification is preferred, or significant experience to meet FCA requirements.
