Life Leisure’s Stockport Metro is seeking a Development Coach to lead sessions for swimmers aged 8-12, focusing on technique and progression through the development pathway.

You will work with Head Development Coach to support swimmer progression, attend competitions, and help maintain high coaching standards in line with Life Leisure WATCH principles. Opportunities for mentorship and personal development are available.

Qualifikationen

• Well-planned sessions with clear progression
• Ability to communicate with young swimmers and parents
• Strong coaching fundamentals across four strokes

Aufgaben

• Coach Development squad (8-12 year olds) with technique focus
• Assist on Performance and Masters squads as needed
• Attend competitions with your squad and track progression
