Youwillbe capable of handling all matters associated with strategic and immediate development land opportunities and will help clients with the delivery of development projects. Main tasks will include:

What will it take to be successful?

It is also essential that you will be able to provide written option assessments and transactional advice and be competent in Argus Developer (or equivalent).

As an Associate/Associate Partner, you will be an excellent team player and be forward thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills to develop client relationships as well as support and cross sell with colleagues internally.
