Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join the South Midlands region, ideally around Stevenage. You will take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary contact for potential and existing customers, guiding the journey from enquiry to sale.

• Experience of high-performance in a sales role.
• Presentable, customer-facing professional with exceptional service.
• Able to analyse and report on issues affecting the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations, offering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary contact throughout customer journey.
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process.
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards.
