Miller Homes Ltd in Rugby is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to lead the development sales function at the Houlton site. You will be the primary contact for new and existing customers and drive sales through the customer journey to completion.

Formación

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• Presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
• Skilled in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues affecting the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and offer solutions with maximum results.

Responsabilidades

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
