Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in Rugby is seeking a Sales Advisor to lead the development sales function at our South Midlands development in Houlton. You will be the primary Miller Homes contact for customers, guiding them from pre-start to post completion.

The role demands a high-performance sales approach, exceptional customer service, and the ability to analyse issues and present effective solutions to ensure a seamless home buying journey.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with exceptional customer service.
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and offer solutions with maximum results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process.
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and high standards.
