A local authority client is seeking a Development / Regeneration Surveyor for a 6-month interim position in the North West. The ideal candidate must be MRICS, with experience in large-scale acquisitions and Compulsory Purchase Orders. The role is primarily focused on housing but involves some commercial work. You will work in the office one day a week with the option to work remotely the rest of the time. Flexibility for part-time or full-time hours is also available.
One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Development / RegenerationSurveyor on an interim basis for 6 months. This role can potentially be Outside IR35.
You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn’t essential to be a Registered Valuer but would be favoured.
It is important that you have prior experience within Development and CPO, ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn't essential
You would be working in the office for 1 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week (the office is on a main commuter line so easy to access by public transport). The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
