Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in major gift fundraising.
• Experience securing £25k+ gifts.
• Proven success securing 5- and 6-figure gifts.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising strategy for Science & Engineering faculties.
• Secure major gifts through proposals and face-to-face asks.
• Manage and develop fundraising staff.
• Translate complex university projects into persuasive funding cases.
