Job summary

A leading property development firm in London seeks a Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a new Primary School project, including feasibility, design, and delivery. The role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders, managing planning teams, and exploring new development opportunities within a large masterplan. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in real estate, superb numerical skills, and a solid understanding of the planning process. Qualifications

• Circa 5 years’ experience in real estate, ideally from a Project Management consultancy.
• Ambition to learn and get involved in various roles across different asset classes.
• Strong numerical skills and understanding of the planning process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of a new Primary School from feasibility to delivery.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage design and planning teams.
• Procure and tender contractors for the project.
• Explore, develop, and deliver viable opportunities within the masterplan.
• Execute land sales and partnership opportunities.
