This is a hands‑on leadership role within a DevSecOps‑focused environment that values pragmatism, automation, and technical excellence.

You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, and contribute directly to evolving the group’s technical architecture. The firm operates a genuinely modern, serverless‑first setup, with leadership that actively promotes sustainability, deep work, and technical mastery.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a small team of software and data engineers.
