Job summary

The Foundling Museum seeks an arts fundraiser for a hands-on, outward-facing role in Individual Giving. Working with the Director of Development and Communications, you will grow support by building thoughtful relationships, strengthening journeys and inviting more people to feel part of a Museum where art, care and social purpose come together.

We are looking for someone who can write clearly, manage momentum, and use data to inform fundraising decisions, while contributing ideas to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in Patrons, Friends, membership or individual giving.
• Ability to write clearly and manage momentum.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and improve supporter journeys.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Museum's supporter base in Individual Giving.
• Build thoughtful relationships with donors.

Working closely with the Director of DevelopmentandCommunications, you will help grow one of the Museum’s most important areas of support, building thoughtful relationships, strengthening supporter journeys and helping more people feel part of aMuseum where art, care and social purpose come together.

• has experience in Patrons, Friends, membership, individual giving or a similar supporter-facing role
• enjoys the detail of good fundraising as much as the bigger picture
• can write clearly, keep things moving and build strong supporter relationships that make people feel valued
• is confident using data sensibly to inform decisions and improve supporter journeys
• wants room to contribute ideas, develop their skills and make a visible difference
