Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London is seeking a Development Manager to join the Development team, a small three-person unit working under the Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Development. The role blends fundraising research, corporate donor development, lead generation and proposal writing, with independence in day-to-day work.

With a growth phase and an upcoming high-profile fundraising campaign, the postholder will identify potential supporters and shape funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant fundraising experience is required.
• Experience in corporate donor development and fundraising research is preferred.
