Job summary

Proactive Appointments is recruiting a Development Manager on a permanent, hybrid basis with 2 days on-site near Epsom. You will lead development initiatives, align IT delivery with business goals, and drive API/digital platform modernization.

The role requires strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and GDPR/ISO27001 experience. The package includes a generous salary, 15% bonus, pension up to 21%, and onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of API concepts including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with GDPR and ISO27001 compliance and security considerations.
• BAU operations alongside project work within a transformed IT landscape.
• Experience coordinating with third parties and vendors.
• Led IT modernisation and company-wide transformation initiatives.
• Able to manage stakeholders and ensure platform requirements across business units.

Development Manager - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Development Manager on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is hybrid with 2 days per week required on-site near Epsom.

You will have a strong background in Digital & API. You will have been involved heavily in company-wide transformations and the modernisation of IT previously.
