We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Council's Development Management Service.
Ideally, we’re looking for a qualified, experienced Development Management Officer, however consideration will be given to applicants working within the built environment, with experience / qualifications in architecture, conservation or the built heritage.

Being an integral part of the Council's ambition of developing and improving the quality of life and opportunities for residents, the Corporate importance of the service is recognised. We will expect you to be creative, innovative and able to find solutions.
The post requires a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. Please note that a successful applicant without the required Welsh language skill will be fully supported to reach the required standard within two years of appointment.
