As a Development Finance Underwriter, you will:

1. Manage and progress loan transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
2. Oversee assigned loan transactions, prioritising effectively to meet proposed completion dates.
3. Write and present detailed credit papers to the Credit Committee.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for assigned loans.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
6. Review third-party documentation and ensure company interests are protected.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain the integrity of the loan book.
