Help Shape the Future of Affordable Housing
At Stonewater, we're committed to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to have a place they can call home. As we continue to invest in our ambitious development programme following our recent £350 million grant allocation from the Social and Affordable Homes Programme, we're looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Development Finance Manager to join our Finance team and help shape investment decisions that make a real difference to communities across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our development programme, partnering with colleagues across Finance and Development to provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that supports sustainable growth and delivers value for money.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our development programme by evaluating scheme appraisals, analysing investment opportunities, and providing robust financial challenge to support strategic decision-making. You'll also lead and develop a Capital Accountant, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and business partnering services.
We're looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent business partnering skills.
If you're passionate about development finance, strategic decision-making and creating positive social impact, we'd love to hear from you.
