Gallagher’s Commercial Broking Division is seeking a Development Executive to join our vibrant, relationship-driven team in Northern Ireland. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth across the region.

You’ll join a self-sufficient branch with in-house claims, risk management and broking expertise, delivering high-quality service and supported by senior Account Executives and leadership who invest in your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and sales within the insurance industry.
• Ability to generate leads independently and build pipelines.
• Strong focus on client needs and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as required.

• Proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment.
• Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently generate leads and build pipelines.
• Strong focus on client needs, dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Full driving licence.
