ETS-Lindgren GmbH is seeking a Development Engineer to join our team in Rugeley, UK. This role offers an opportunity to develop diverse engineering skills in an evaluation and validation environment while supporting the Engineering team on various projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members on systems development, testing, and engineering tasks. The position offers competitive pay, flexitime, and requires occasional travel for off-site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing electrical, electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Motivation to pursue learning and development opportunities.
• Ability to adapt and respond positively to change.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system test suites.
• Conduct development and qualification testing.
• Document work and activities in line with local procedures.

Skills

Live testing of low voltage electronic or electrical equipment

Understanding of Health and Safety at Work Act (HASWA)

Design of digital and analogue electronic circuits

Software methodologies and programming skills

Organisational skills

Good decision-making skills

PC literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to communicate effectively

Education

HNC/HND/BTEC or higher in electrical engineering

A Level Grades A-C or equivalent

GCSE Grades A-C/9-4 Maths & English or equivalent
