Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products and processes.
• Design and execute test programs for validation and characterisation.
• Support business development through customer visits, calls, and events.
• Act as a key technical contact for suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Become a subject matter expert within the business for a specific product range.
• Define and implement internal and external test programs for new materials.
• Some UK travel required, with potential for occasional overseas travel.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of material science.
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent technical writing skills for reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of composite materials is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a procedure-driven environment.
