Job summary

Outside Edge Theatre Company is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising and income diversification. Working with the CEO, Trustees and external consultants, you’ll cultivate and steward donors, secure grant funding, and contribute to fundraising communications.

The role offers training, a clear path to grow in fundraising, and hands-on experience across trusts, foundations and donor relations. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or donor relations is preferred.
• Ability to write grants and manage donor communications.
• Interest in developing a career in fundraising.
• Willingness to work with trustees and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fundraising activities and donor stewardship.
• Lead on small to mid-scale grant applications.
• Assist with evaluating funding activity and reporting.
• Coordinate donor communications and database management.
